1. Review

3. Soft skills interview
At this stage, a recruiter talks to you about your likes and dislikes, motivation, and goals, and makes a conclusion on how we match in terms of expectations, values, and character.

4. Tech interview
Next we have an online interview that includes you and one of our tech experts. We ask you about your experience, and you ask us about the position, the team, the company, and the cats.

5. Interview with the leader
At this step, we introduce you to your team leader and discuss the final moments to ensure you fit the team and the team fits you

6. Offer
We consider all factors, make a decision, and make an offer to the candidate who is the best fit for the role.
